At Outdoor Gourmet we have the ability to fill any wholesale order; grilling planks, cooking papers or skewers, because we own and operate a mill. We have been operational since 1992 at our 10-acre maufacturing site in Sandpoint,ID. Every phase of manufacturing, packaging and shipping happens here in the USA. We are located in the heart of Western Red Cedar (Thuja plicata) country.

Responsible Grilling Plank Manufacturing

Everything that is offered at Outdoor Gourmet is sustainably produced. Our grilling planks, cooking wraps and cooking skewers come from perfect pieces of wood that are too short to become lumber and destined for the burn pile. We convert them into something delicious. The remainder is recycled into heat by a state of the art, clean-burning, wood furnace that warms our mill.

Grilling Planks Tailored to Your Business or Event

We offer customization options to our wholesale customers. Hot-stamp branding onto grilling planks is a great way to display your logo, name or event. We offer free set up for new accounts who want to try hot-stamp branding. Custom sizes and packaging are also available to our wholesale customers. We are fully logistically capable and equipped for export to Canada and the European Union.
