We tried to come up with a healthy version of a burger and fries. We. Really. Tried. We were doing really well, until it came to the point where we put a big, delicious slice of cheddar on each burger (insert cackle here). The zucchini fries were better than we though they'd be, but do they bring it back into reasonable "healthy" territory? We'll let you decide.

12 oz Great Range Buffalo Sirloin Steaks, cut into 2-inch strips, (if you don’t have bison, use beef)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 lime, juiced

1½ pounds ground beef
1 5x11 cedar grilling plank
Salt & Pepper
1 Sweet Onion, cut into thick slices
¼ cup Hot Wing Sauce

1lb lean ground bison
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated
