Cedar Planked Wild Mushrooms and Potatoes



5 x 11” cedar plank
3 new potatoes, quartered
3 cups wild mushrooms
1 onion, cut into half moons
1/3 cup of your favorite vinaigrette
Salt & Pepper
2 ounces goat cheese
Fresh herbs (thyme, chives, parsley)


1. Soak cedar plank in water for 1 hour
2. Blanch potatoes in salted water until fork tender
3. Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F)
4. Toss mushrooms, onion, potatoes, vinaigrette and salt & pepper in bowl before arranging on plank
5. Grill with the lid closed for about 15 minutes. Check after 10 minutes
6. Once golden brown, remove from grill and garnish with goat cheese and herbs
7. Enjoy!
