This year we launched what we hope to be our first annual grilling plank recipe competition. We extended invitations to a handful of select bloggers who have demonstrated their ability to be grilling plank masters and to communicate well with their followers. 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts

¼c fresh squeezed orange juice
¼ c Four Roses Single Barrel Kentucky Bourbon

4 chicken thighs
3 zest of 2 oranges

2 heaping teaspoons fresh ground black pepper (I used smoked pepper)
2 heaping teaspoons sea salt (I used smoked sea salt)
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Tablespoon of Old Bay
1 Lb. Shrimp - Peeled and Deveined
1 Onion - Chopped
1 Red Pepper - Chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic - Minced
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Green Onion - Sliced

1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp ground garlic powder
1 tsp kosher or sea salt
