Wow your guests with a delicious grilled side-dish. Try cheeses and other treats grilled on cedar grilling planks. Your dish will be the talk of the party.

Preparing portobello mushrooms on a Cedar plank not only allows you to add a delicious smoky flavor, it also protects the mushrooms from direct flame, giving the delicate mushrooms a nice, even cook void of thick burn marks.

Insider Tip: These stuffed Portobello mushrooms can be prepared up to 4 hours ahead of time.

5 x 11” cedar plank
3 new potatoes, quartered
3 cups wild mushrooms
1 onion, cut into half moons
1/3 cup of your favorite vinaigrette
Salt & Pepper
2 ounces goat cheese
Fresh herbs (thyme, chives, parsley)

This post isn't so much a recipe; it's more of a how-to. It's important to pick veggies that can stand up to the heat and not get destroyed.
